Our healthcare staff

The quality and safety of care that we deliver is of paramount importance to us, and as our care staff are at the frontline of our service delivery, recruitment and training are critical elements of our staffing solutions service.

Matching our staff to your requirements

All of our healthcare staff are screened by recruitment specialists, who will conduct Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and POCA and SOVA checks . Our recruitment specialists will also review all applicant’s work history, assess their experience and clinical references and ensure they have the relevant qualifications for the care they will be delivering.

We are proud to have built a large database of experienced Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, all of whom are available to deliver high quality care, providing integral support to our client’s staffing rotas.

We can provide healthcare staff with a wide variety of specialist care experience, including;

  • Elderly and EMI
  • Learning and Physical Disabilities
  • Brain Injuries
  • Mental Health
  • Adult Protection
  • Advocacy
  • Citizenship and Social Inclusion
  • Communication
  • Complex Behaviour
  • Equal Opportunities
  • Person-centred Planning
  • Relationships and Sexuality

In addition, if we cannot meet your needs with the healthcare staff we have in place, we will recruit specifically to meet your requirements.

Staff Training

Staff training is fundamental in ensuring the quality of service we provide is always to the highest standard. We make sure that our healthcare staff are always appropriately trained and qualified to provide the very best of care.

We will also tailor the training we provide so that it is specific to the personal care needs of each and every one of our clients.

All of our healthcare staff have regular contact with their local office to ensure that they are up to date with mandatory and on-going training requirements. Staff are also required to attend ‘Peer Group Meetings’. These are organised by the local branch and will include discussions and up-dates on things such as policy changes and medical alerts new legislation

By carrying out regular audits and extensive checks they are able to ensure that the staff and care we provide is appropriate and safe. This includes correct levels of training and qualifications from the care staff and that we fully understand and safely deliver what is required.
