All of our healthcare staff have regular contact with their
local office to ensure that they are up to date with mandatory and on-going training requirements. Staff are also required to attend ‘Peer Group Meetings’. These are organised by the local branch and
will include discussions and up-dates on things such as policy changes and medical alerts new legislation
By carrying out regular audits and extensive checks they are
able to ensure that the staff and care we provide is appropriate and safe. This includes correct levels of training and qualifications from the care staff and that we fully understand and safely
